Refund & Return Policy

Below is the Return/Refund/Exchange Policy for Terpene Belt Farms, LLC (known as “Terpene Belt,” “We,” “Our” or “Ours”). By making a purchase of Terpene Belt Farms products you acknowledge and agree to the following.  

 

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. A return request is submitted to [email protected] with the following including:
    1. RETURN and your order number in the subject line of the email
    2. Explanation of the request for the return
    3. Point of Contact Information
  2. Upon written notification of an eligible return by Terpene Belt, in its sole and absolute discretion the return packaging must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the written notification of an eligible return; and
  3. The eligible return items are received back to TBF in the original packaging and are unopened.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will vary based on the quantity and item(s) returned.

If your eligible return is accepted, TBF will issue a refund of your purchase price, less the restocking fee.

We will not accept any return(s), nor will we refund any portion of the purchase price if (a) you do not have eligible return status or (b) the original packaging (packaging in which the item(s) arrived) has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way without prior notice and authorization.

If you receive an eligible return notification, respond with the tracking information for the return package in the body of the email.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including shipping insurance. Terpene Belt assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for product returns while in transit from you to us. All product returns must be shipped in full compliance with IATA, DOT 49CFR, and all other applicable regulations. We strongly recommend return shipments via a local hazmat shipping provider.

III. Exchanges and Shipping

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please notify us by sending an email to [email protected] advising of your replacement request and include your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please provide:

1) the quantity and product name of damaged or defective item(s) received;

2) a brief description of the condition in which the item(s) arrived along with photographic images; and

3) any tracking information for the return package to us.

If you are shipping an item over $500 back to us, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and shipment with tracking information. We assume no responsibility for items shipped to us in connection with a replacement and/or exchange request while in transit.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. All item(s) must be shipped back to us in full compliance with IATA, DOT 49CFR, and all other applicable regulations. We strongly recommend shipping via a local hazmat shipping provider.

If you receive a replacement item, the package will include an invoice for any return shipping costs incurred by us and payable as indicated on the invoice. Delivery dates for replacement items will vary based on your location.
